I’m back on my nutrition plan which includes eating eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. I have to be honest that eating a lot of eggs in the morning really keeps me full. Plus, adding cranberries to the oatmeal along with some protein power makes things sweet.

Here’s my post-op breakfast:

Eggs Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg white
  • Handful of vegan cheese
  • Spinach
  • 1 tbsp salsa
  • Mrs. Dash


  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • Almond milk
  • 1/4 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • Handful of chia seeds
