I’ve made it to week 6! I remember when I was suffering through week 1 and I thought “how could I possibly get better in just 6 weeks??” because the pain was excruciating. But…here I am! 😀
Overall, I feel really good. I feel a slight bruise-y feeling on my left side where I hurt the most during recovery when I stretch out my legs or stretch my arms above my head.
I started doing cardio too. I got on my elliptical and only did 20 mins at level 1. I got two apps to make things less boring:
- MotionTraxx – 5 free workouts with registration
- Matt Roberts (haven’t tried it yet, but I think everything is free.
- Run! Zombies! – Fun story while working out.
Anyways, my trainer said that I should only do walking for now so I’ll stick to that. She said she’s worried I might pull my incision.
I’ll also stick with free weights to rebuild my muscles
